Delivery

Your orders are shipped quickly, generally within 2 days of receiving your payment. We work with trusted carriers such as Mondial Relay, Colissimo, and others, all equipped with an online tracking system so you can follow your package every step of the way.

You have the choice between delivery without signature or with signature required (additional fees apply). In all cases, you will receive a tracking link to check the status of your delivery.

Shipping costs include handling, secure packaging, and postage. To optimize your costs, we recommend grouping your items into a single order. Separately placed orders will incur separate shipping fees.

Your fragile items benefit from special precautions during packaging and transport. Although the package is shipped at your own risk, we do everything possible to ensure delivery in perfect condition.
